An Economic Analysis of Plums Production: The Case of Gradacac, Bosnia And Herzegovina

The production of plums has an important economic significance in BiH. By this product, Bosna Hersek is recognizable for a long time, since significant quantities fresh and dried plum, besides supply domestic market, have been exported to the European Global market. For purpose, primary data were collected from farmers using (multistage random sampling technique / stratified randomly technique/simple technique). Date analysed analysis descriptive statistical techniques. Results show that, capital structure enterprises surveyed research area was classified according their functions average active calculated as 284.125,49 KM (Average 1$=1,67 2017). 91,76% farm 8,44% fixed enterprise capital. gross value realized at farms 17366,41 KM, which cattle belongs 19,75 %, while plum’s 80,25 %.
